If your product is defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery of receiving your order and we'll either send you a replacement or issue a refund. Reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the fault.
We offer a 30 day no-hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase for any reason, send us the product back and we'll refund your money immediately.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it gets lost while delivery.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders as fast as possible. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes at all.
